  • You represent and warrant that you have obtained any necessary permissions, consents, or legal rights required for us to conduct drone operations at the requested location;

  • You are solely responsible for ensuring that requested operations comply with applicable laws, including privacy and property rights.  Compliance with FAA regulations and airspace authorization is handled by the UAS operator.

 
We do not guarantee that captured data will exclude third-party individuals or property, and we are not responsible for claims arising from incidental capture of such content.
 
5.3 Client Data Legality Warranty
 
You represent and warrant that any data, files, or information you provide to us:

  • Are lawfully obtained;

  • Do not violate any third-party rights, including privacy, intellectual property, or contractual rights;

  • Do not contain restricted, classified, or otherwise protected information unless you are authorized to share it.
